Hi Rumi, smiiile) I’ve noticed you’re doing very little of isolated abs exercises. But you’re loading any workout with plank variations, thumbs up for that) Anyway, I was meaning to find out if that’s the calculated plan – to integrate ab-work into anything, or the workouts include as little of the frequently practiced exercises? Thanks)
I don’t like isolated abs exercises because they don’t serve the core function, which is stabilization. So I work out the core the way it has to used in the every day life 🙂
