Gorgeous, let’s check out how strong we became. We’ve done this workout before, I was so exhausted I finished it just for you (who follows the soap opera knows what I’m talking about 😉 ).

1. We follow the 90 day challenge for regular workouts.
2. If you want to join us, start from the beginning with day 1.
3. If you want to lose weight then you have to be careful with the food you eat. Divide your plate into four parts and eat only three of them, throw the fourth. Because you don’t eat this 1/4 of the food you will burn fat 😉 Or you can try to count calories.
The plan for today
We have only 1 workout, if it’s not enough for you do one more time half of it or the whole workout.
It’s normal when you train for a long time to become stronger and to want more workouts. BUT a moment comes when you feel tired and when the easy workouts feel like hard. When this moment come train as much as you feel satisfied, because if you want to train more and don’t do it you feel kind of unsatisfied. Depending on what makes you happy work out less or more.
