Gorgeous, let’s check out how strong we became. We’ve done this workout before, I was so exhausted I finished it just for you (who follows the soap opera knows what I’m talking about 😉 ).
For new readers:
1. We follow the 90 day challenge for regular workouts.
2. If you want to join us, start from the beginning with day 1.
3. If you want to lose weight then you have to be careful with the food you eat. Divide your plate into four parts and eat only three of them, throw the fourth. Because you don’t eat this 1/4 of the food you will burn fat 😉 Or you can try to count calories.
The plan for today
We have only 1 workout, if it’s not enough for you do one more time half of it or the whole workout.
It’s normal when you train for a long time to become stronger and to want more workouts. BUT a moment comes when you feel tired and when the easy workouts feel like hard. When this moment come train as much as you feel satisfied, because if you want to train more and don’t do it you feel kind of unsatisfied. Depending on what makes you happy work out less or more.
Do you feel different than the last time you did this workout? Was it easy? More satisfied?

Yes, you are right. I am on track with these on day 23 today. I did Level 3 instead of 2, almost died. Just kidding. I am loving these like crazy. I find I do have to pause now and again just to catch up between reps.
I am only taking 1 day off, not two. I just don’t feel whole if I skip workouts at this point.
Thanks Rumi for all of these. I felt for you today, I know what it’s like to be weakened from being sick and trying to gain your strength. I was there with you.
By the way, I made the yogurt cake, it was delicious. Will do it again. 24 tomorrow. I’ll let you know if I do level 2 or 3.
Days off is personal choice, depending how much time you need to recover. Seems you listen to your body 🙂
I follow you from the 90 day challenge level 2 and I think that I love you! Your wo are fantastic but I would like to work more to have a brasilian butt… Could you give me some mini wo to do three times a week after the daily wo? Hope that you answer me and that you give me some advice! 😘
You can add after every workout – leg back raise pyramid 50/40/30/20/10. Next day do same pyramid but side raise. Do this 4 times per week, 2 times back raise, 2 times side raise 🙂 Send me pics of your glutes after 2 months 🙂

Listen your body, if need more exercises do them, but if you need to rest, rest 🙂
