Day 18 of 90 – level 3


Gorgeous, today also we will work for our butts. If we regularly torture our butts the body adapts and builds muscles to respond to the hard workouts.

For new readers: we follow the 90 day challenge and train 5 days a week. Join us! Start from day 1 because we start with easier workouts and every other day they get harder.

If your goal is to burn fat except the workouts you have to eat the right amount of food.

Today we do only 1 video 23 minutes
If you want you can do it one more time with 30/10 intervals – play the level 2 video. If you feel energy do it the same way it’s shot (machine!).
