Gorgeous, today’s workout is a little longer (like yesterday) and it’s all strength. It took me 29 minutes and I had rests to recover and keep going. I shoot the video with the real rests but every one takes the rests she/he needs.
If you train for a long time but don’t see results in the mirror try to eat the right amount of food.

I usually shoot both of the levels one after another but these workouts are shot on different days because after level 3 I didn’t want to train more, this workout was enough for me.
