Gorgeous, let’s start the week with a little longer cardio workout. More oxygen=more life and health 🙂
For new readers: we follow the 90 day challenge for regular workouts don’t miss a workout. The idea is to build the habit to train regularly. Join us and start from the beginning with day 1 because every other day the workouts get harder.
If you want to see results in the mirror you have to combine workouts with eating the right amount of food. You can try to count calories.
The plan for today
There is only 1 workout, 3 rounds 28 minutes.
If you don’t have time do only 1 or 2 rounds.

Pf, I thought it was easy for a fresh start of the week but I was all sweat. What about you?

I did this one as an adjunct to Level 2, I only did round one, though. Pretty tough, very fast paced. Sometimes, I had a hard time switching frm one exercise to another. Overall , great.
Watch level 2 to know how to modify exercises, then do level 3 and modify when need it 🙂
Done :). I had to stop for some days, I was sick but now I’m back 🙂
