Day 12 of 90 – level 2

Gorgeous, this is the last workout for the week. I prepared you a brutal workout because we have 2 rest days after it 😉 If you need rest, stop the video, keep walking in the room and after that continue the workout. If 1 minute interval is long for you, do the exercise as long as you can and to the end of the interval do little jumps 🙂 The idea of the hard workouts is to develop you. The next time you do this workout you will be surprised that it is easier for you because you become stronger 🙂

For new readers: I will post 5 workouts per week for 90 days. We’ve promised to train 90 days and after that we’ll make the difference how we feel, and will continue to train for life 🙂 Join us 🙂 Start from day 1 because every other day the workouts get harder and we don’t want you to quit, we want you to fall in love with workouts 🙂

If you train regularly but don’t achieve your goal probably the reason is the food you eat. If you want you can try to count calories.

Workout 1 – 12 minutes
Full Body Strength And Endurance Workout Burn Fat Fast

Workout 2 – 5 minutes
Full Body Slimming Workout Burn Fat Fast

Workout 3 – 5 minutes
Abs Workout – Stabilizing And Cardio Exercises For a Strong Core

    Hey Rumi,

    I love your workouts <3 This one was great, just like all the others. I had to take a break for a couple of days because I was ill. I started back up today but this workout, while great (I already feel the burn), it made me feel lightheaded. My vision became blurry and I could feel my heartbeat in my ears. Was it because I was moving too quickly and brought my heart rate up too quickly? Oh, and I'm already seeing the results from the workouts, I feel stronger and less tired.

      Next time stop exercise and walk in the room when you feel the begining of high heart beat. You shouldn’t feel this way. Do you warm up? One of the goals in warm up is to gradually increase heart rate. Thank you for your feedback!

    Здравей,Руми.Искам да ти пиша и да ти кажа че ти си страхотна!Разбрах за твоите тренировки от една приятелка,толкова съм запаленена по твоите тренировки,че дори и не почивам!Имам проблем с килограмите след раждането на второто ми дете,затова отидох на диетолог,тя ми изготви хранителен режим,но без теб нямаше да успея!Започнах първо с програмата за начинаещи и за три седмици успях да сваля цели 5 килограма!Сега се включих в 90 дневното предизвикателство и съм на ден 12 и продължавам с пълна пара!Искам да ти Благодаря за всичко,ти си страхотна!

    Not sure if this is same for everyone, but I feel like I get very charged from cardio so this workout was a perfect balance of strength training and cardio to recharge afterwards.
