For new readers: We follow the 90 day challenge for regular workouts. You can join us anytime, just start with day 1, because every other day we become stronger so the workouts get harder.

If you want to see results in the mirror you have to eat the right amount of food.

Today’s plan – do the workout bellow twice. After the first round take 1-2 minutes rest – walking around the room, don’t sit or lie down.

    How I feel…..TIRED! but I did it 🙂 touch the food and rise the arm needs a lot of coordination and balance!
