Day 1 of 90 – level 2

57

Only 5 minutes working out per day is enough to improve your health.

If you want not only to improve your health but to burn body fat, you have to eat the right amount of food. Read about the Challenge, there is a link above and if you want start counting calories.

Today we do 4 workouts 5 minutes each. If you don’t have 20 minutes, start with the first workout and train how long you can 🙂

The idea of the short videos is:

*everybody can train as long as she/he can, depending on the available time
*various workouts, we are not going to be bored
*we are going to combine the workouts in different way after some time

We have harder workouts in the second week of the Challenge and there are 20, 10 and 5 minutes workouts. I hope it will be fun and useful for everybody. I am right next to you in this adventure! I am very excited! I also want to see what my change will be in 90 days.

1. We start with Bodyweight Only Aerobic Workout Total Body Toning – 5 minutes.
Active rest 30-60 seconds, keep walking in the room or jumping rope easy.

I

2. Body Slimming Workout Burn Fat Fast – 5 minutes.
Active rest 30-60 seconds

3. Isometric Full Body Toning Workout – 5 minutes
Active rest – 30-60 seconds

4. Total Body Strength And Fat Burning Workout Dumbbell And Bodyweight Exercises – 6 minutes

Which combination did you like the most?
I like 1 and 4.

All of the routines were good, but I like 2 and 4. Thanks for the challenge!

Starting 90 day challenge today, November 24, 2014 so that means that 90 days from today would be February 22, 2015.

    Let’s do it!

Work out with dumbbels that make wokkout challenging but at the same time you can finish it. I use 3 kg (6.6 lbs) dumbbells when I film, because I talk, count etc. Go as heavy as you can.

Starting today. Terribly out of shape, haven’t worked out for almost two years. Shame on me, I know. I love the work outs, but I have to stop and resume every now and then to catch a breath between the exercises. I did them all, but by the time I got to the fourth one I had to glue myself off the floor.

    Thank you, Rumi

Hi Rumi! Thanks so much for these awesome workouts! Just started day one today. I’ve checked out your videos and some of the workouts reminded me of Insanity with Sean T – I’m sure you’ve heard of it. I decided I wanted to try something new/different and I’m really excited to start this challenge!

    Thank you again Rumi!

Im so happy to come accross your site! Thank you. Ive just started the 90 day challenge. Im not in great shape and was concerned about aches and pains since i am calcium deficit. Also im 44 yrs old so im not sure of the intensity level. Having said that speed was the only thing i couldn’t cope with on day 1.
    Looking forward to day2.
    Thank you.

my previous comment is not complete! My last goal is to have a flexible body. I am 33 years old, and do not know if It is possible to have a flexible body now!
      Thank you

      • Rumi 17 April, 2015 at 10:51 Reply

Yes, it is possible to improve flexibility, you just have to practise regularly and in the begining for not so long sessions because it is easy to over do it. Pay attenion to food if you want to get rid of cellulite!

    Hey rumi,
today i started with your 90 days challenge level 2 (at first i thought i can make level 3 – but that’s too exhausting for me). I’m sweating all over my body but it’s a great feeling to do something for my body.
    Thank you soo much!

I just started this day. I think all 4 workouts are great. I would really appreciate a video on warm up before and a video on cool down after.

Thank you for these, wish me luck,

Hi Rumi, I’m having the same problem unlocking the page – I shared on FB, and then refreshed the page, still won’t work. I’m using an iPad. I really want to set the link up so I can start on Monday.
    Thanks!
    Becky

Ah, it’s unlocked now! It just doesn’t happen immediately, you have to wait a few minutes & keep trying…

I shared the page on Facebook, but I can’t see hidden contents. I tried several times. I will refresh again, wishing it works!

    Hi Rumi,

I’m post partum and need to get back in shape, but I’m not a member of Facebook. Is there a way I can still access your 90 day workouts?

    Thank you

Just started this challenge after having done quite a few of your workouts. They are amazing and always make me feel good!

    Thank you!

    Hi Rumi,

Is it okay to have a rest day which is not exactly on day 5 and 6? Or will taking a rest day out of this sequence mess up the overall results of this workout routine?

    Thanks!

    • Rumi 10 January, 2017 at 12:33 Reply

Yes, rest days are up to you. You can rest after any workout and then continue with the next workout. It is important to follow the workout sequence and rest when you need.
