This is a super easy recipe for chocolate with hazelnuts. It’s gorgeously tasty and no one can guess what it’s made of.
- 2 small avocados
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 60 g hazelnuts
- honey to taste (in the vegan version – to be replaced by powdered stevia leaves or raisins)
Chop the hazelnuts to big pieces in a food processor with an S blade.
Add the avocado and mix again. The mixture gets glued to the walls of the food processor so press it down with a spoon and then mix again until the avocado is finely chopped.
Add the honey and cocoa, mix a little more and voila!
Attention: this dessert is not suitable for long storage, though I doubt it that it will stay untouched for that long. I will try using it as cream for my sister’s birthday cake.
