I found out that my waffle maker is very useful to prepare variety of “gluten-free” breads, in small quantities, just for me or if I want for the whole family. I use a variety of gluten-free flours (buckwheat, millet, chickpeas, rice, etc.) and in most cases waffles turn out to be very tasty. They are delicious even without flour.

Super tasty waffles with chickpea flour
(only 80 kcal for waffle)
30 g chickpea flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
salt, cumin, coriander
1 egg (cooked in a pan, without fat)
tomatoes (maybe other vegetables of your choice)
Beat the eggs well with a mixer, then add the chickpea flour, salt, spices, baking powder and beat again. Bake the waffles for 5-6 minutes. Garnish with egg prepared in a non-stick pan (without fat) and with lots of fresh vegetables or salad. Eat fresh vegetables every day to get vitamins, minerals and fiber. Enjoy!
