Gorgeous, this is a super filling smoothie for brunch. Very suitable for people who really do not like to have breakfast (like me :)).
It has a very soft and delicate taste 🙂 And the chia, thanks to the fiber it contains, ensures the regular work flow of the stomach.
100 g banana (1 frozen, can be fresh)
15 g chia seeds
200 g/ml almond milk (you can use any nut/animal based milk; calculated milk kcal approximately 40 kcal per 100 g/ml)
7 g cocoa (2 tsp)
20 g peanut butter (it will be great with almond butter as well, but I did not have any)
Soak the chia and the milk for about 5-10 minutes. Then add the remaining products and blend it all together. The result is a soft and velvety smoothie, with a mild aroma! If you think it’s too thick just add water 🙂
