Cheese muffins with bread crumbs


Gorgeous, this is a suggestion for a quick family breakfast, with products most likely to be found in every kitchen 🙂

Cheese muffins with bread crumbs 🙂 Only 90 kcal for a muffin! You can also make them gluten-free if you use gluten-free bread.

Optionally, you can add greens/veggies (green onions, spinach, dock) to muffins.

2 eggs
100 g white cheese
150 g yogurt
60 g bread crumbs
1 tsp baking powder

Beat the eggs with the cheese and yogurt (mix with a fork). Add the bread crumbs and baking powder and divide into 7 muffin tins. Bake in a preheated 180˚C oven for about 20 minutes.
