I got so tired while doing this workout, I almost did a “no arm burpee” :))) My arms felt so week and I almost fell on my face while doing the one arm burpee in the second part. I really liked the exercise though, I learned that the key to balancing is holding the other arm high during the one arm plank. I think I’m getting better at “Frog clasps” but they still scare me a lot 🙂 The third combo was the toughest for me I was out of breath and I took a lot of breaks.
This workout was the most brutal for me, we’ll see if there will be more brutal ones during the challenge – I hope I’ll live to tell how I felt after :)))

I was tired to dead in and after this workout, I even didn’t want to film level 2 after! But it was a good challenge to me. There will be no many such workouts, because I believe such intensity put big stress on the body. But from time to time it brings only benefits!

Yep, brutal! Loved the push up jump move, more fun than regular push ups. Really impressed that you filmed the Level 2 after this one! Burned 232 cals which is loads for me as I’m petite. Looking forward to your crossfit style programme 🙂
