Beginner Endurance Workout Fat Burning and Toning Exercises 24 Minute Level 2

Gorgeous, this is an endurance challenging workout. Take rest after each combo, stop the video, walk around the room. Or you can do it without rest, everybody listens to her/his body!

For new readers: we follow the 90 day challenge for regular workouts. The goal is to get used to the workouts. To build a habit for working out every day, as teeth brushing or drinking coffee πŸ™‚ Read more about the challenge and after that start from the beginning with day 1, because we train with a program not random workouts.

This workout has a harder version.

There are 6 combos in this workout.
Do each combo for 2 minutes.

Combo 1
1. Knee push up
2. Elbow-knee plank
3. Palm-knee plank
4. Plank
5. LEFT leg step left and center
6. RIGHT leg step right and center

Combo 2
1. Jump over the mat
2. High knees – 2
3. Mountain climber – 4
4. Jump over the mat
5. High knees – 2
6. From downward dog ALT leg side raise – 4

Combo 3
1. Squat + press – 5
2. Reverse lunge LEFT – 5
3. Reverse lunge RIGHT – 5

Combo 4 – Π°ΠΊΡ‚ΠΈΠ²Π½Π° ΠΏΠΎΡ‡ΠΈΠ²ΠΊΠ°
1. Butterfly crunch – 5
2. Butterfly bridge – 5

Combo 5
1. Jump over the mat
2. Jump to plank
3. Leg next to mat step forward – 3 ALT jump – 2 kicks

Combo 6
1. Dive bombers from knees – 5
2. Row LEFT side – 5
3. Row RIGHT side – 5

    # 68, wow, very tough. I tried to start with level3 , but could not do it. hobbled through Level 2, the best I could. Very tough,
