Gorgeous, today I give you an idea for a salad. Quick, easy, tasty lunch or dinner, full of vitamins, minerals and fiber. I recommend eating vegetables every day in the form of salads, steamed vegetables, grilled, casserole and more.
Choose them according to the season. In addition to a bunch of health benefits, they carry very few calories and keep the belly full!

Avocado and apple salad with walnuts
1/2 apple (about 100 g)
1/2 avocado (mine was 85 g, measured peeled and pitted)
Green salad mix (baby spinach, lettuce, arugula)
30 g walnuts
1 tbsp. olive oil
balsamic reduction of pomegranate (optional)
If you do not have a reduction of pomegranate, you can make a honey dressing by adding 10 g of honey to olive oil and add to the salad.
* Quantities of all products may vary.
Wash the salad, then chop it in a deep dish. Add the apple and avocado pour the olive oil and honey dressing. If you have a reduction add it at the end and finally sprinkle with walnuts.
