This is an exercise combo that really burns abs but not only! This workout is a part from 90 day exercise challenge. There is an easier verssion of this same workout.
The goal is to complete as many reps as possible, with a good form, for 5 minutes
Exercises in the combo:
1. Plank over dumbbelss
2. Renegade row, both arms
3. Step to the right to plank (next rep step to the left)
4. Push up
5. Plank on elbows
6. Hips to the left, hips to the right, hips up
7. Plank on elbows
8. Go back to 1.
First 2 minutes it didn’t look so hard, but than … At the end abs are burning.
