7. Bridge LEFT leg + pull over – 25
8. Bridge RIGHT leg + pull over – 25
9. Side lunge LEFT leg – 20
10. Side LEFT leg raise – 20
11. Side lunge RIGHT leg – 20
12. Side RIGHT leg raise – 20
13. Dive momber from knees – 10
14. Abs – extend and bent leg – 10
15. Crunch – 10
16. Dive momber from knees – 10
