1. Burpee with push up from knees – 5
2. Weighted squat – 5
3. Weighted ballerina squat – 5
4. V sit with bent knees – 5
5. Triple abs – 5
6. Torso + leg raise – 5
7. Renegade row – 5 each side
8. Single leg bridge – 5 each leg
9. Leg side raise – 5 each leg
10. Shoulders – dumbbells side raise – 5
11. 4 left-right jumps, 4 forward-backward jumps – 5
