20 Minute Super Effective Home Cardio Workout With Full Body Exercises For Max Fat Burn Level 3

I belittled this cardio workout. I did it on a day I didn’t sleep well. You can see everything in the video ๐Ÿ˜€ I didn’t want to push myself to the edge, but you do it ๐Ÿ˜€

If you want visible results, you have to eat the right amount of food for you.

If this workout is too challenging for you, try the easier version.

30 intervals 30/10, 10 seconds is the rest interval, 2 rounds. If you want, do 3 or 4 rounds.

1. Balerina jump squat
2. LEFT leg hand stand jump
3. LEFT leg jump lunge
4. Plank jump left-center-right
5. Mill run
6. RIGHT leg hand stand jump
7. RIGHT leg jump lunge
8. Push up – single leg
9. Up-down dog
10. Balerina punch
11. Jump rows
12. Ab kicks
13. Upright frog clap
14. Frog clap
15. Double jumps + touch feet

    I LOVED this workout ๐Ÿ™‚ I did 3 rounds and I was sweating like crazy! I felt so refreshed after ๐Ÿ™‚ I liked the leg hand stand jump the most because I was very pleased with my form. Unfortunately, I’ve never done a hand stand (not even as a child) but I’m happy because I jumped with a lot of control this time and I managed to stay in the air a little ๐Ÿ™‚
    The last 3 exercises were brutal! It was pretty “evil” of you to put them one after another ๐Ÿ™‚
