Gorgeous, these are 2 quick recipes for the lovers of green tea 🙂 Matcha “latte” is a very fragrant drink with which you can give up on the morning coffee, and the sweets were also liked by kids 🙂 Everything takes no more than 10-15 minutes to prepare and serve.

Matcha tea undoubtedly has many health benefits, here are just a few of them: it is a powerful source of antioxidants, strengthens the immune system, helps reduce excess weight, it is used in cosmetics and improves dental health (due to its pronounced antibacterial properties), improves mental performance and many, many more!

Matcha latte with coconut milk
(Gluten free, dairy free)

Products
50 ml water (warm, shortly before boiling)
100 ml/g coconut milk (64 kcal per 100 ml)
1 tsp matcha tea powder
10 g maple syrup/honey

Method
Put the water in a metal jug to heat on the stove without boiling. Then add the matcha tea and stir vigorously (you can do it with a small whisk or a frappe if you have one). Stir until the matcha powder dissolves well in the water (it is quick and easy). Then add the warmed coconut milk and maple syrup/honey.

Matcha Raw coconut candies (Gluten free, dairy free)

Products
20 g coconut milk (220 kcal per 100 g, from a metal box)
70 g coconut paste/cream
50 g coconut sawdust/shavings
20 g maple syrup
1-1 1/2 tsp matcha tea
coconut shavings for rolling

Preparation
Put the coconut paste jar in a bowl of hot water to soften. Then measure 70 g and add the coconut sawdust, coconut milk, maple syrup and matcha tea. It’s supposed to turn into a thick paste, from which you can form the sweets. If they stick too much, moisten your hands with water and then roll in coconut shavings. You’ll get 10 candies, fresh with a unique tea aroma and taste!
