Training program week 9-2015

Gorgeous, how are you 🙂 I wish you a strong start of the week and great end! There are so many new things happening to me, buttt I am superstitious and I won’t tell anything. And I have so many present tasks, so new things come true slowly. If I have news, you will be the first to know, because I wouldn’t be doing what I do without you! I can’t stop saying THANK YOU!

For new readers: this is a training program for week 9 of 2015 year. We train for a long time with the followers of my blog and we became stronger and tougher. So, if you haven’t worked out until today, I advice you to start with the 90 day training program. It’s important to become stronger day by day, and to learn the proper technique of the exercises, so you will protect yourself from injuries. Also your workouts will be more effective. If you try a workout that is not for your fitness level, you will be disappointed. But I can’t stop you, if you decide to try. As my physiotherapist says, “My responsibility is to give you what I can, what you will do is your responsibility” 🙂

If you want to see visible result in the mirror, just workouts are not enough. If you want, try to count calories.

    I’m afraid I’ll be a week behind for the first time 🙁 I haven’t had the flu in a long time, but this year it was terrible. Even the seasonal flu vaccine didn’t help me this time…
    I’m sure I’ll have to take the whole week off because I feel very weak and I can’t eat anything besides white bread.
    I’ll decide next week if I’m going to do the workouts I’ve missed or just go on with the program. The new video looks great so I think I’ll definitely try to fit it in next week.
    I am so happy for the positive new events in your life. You’ve come a long way, but I know that this is just the begging!
    Thank you for helping me be happy and healthy (at least most of the time ;)). It has been a long time since I first found you on Youtube, but it was so much fun that it feels like yesterday 🙂

      Take your time. Your strength will recover but don’t force yourself until you feel it is time to go out of comfort zone! I love your comments, as always 🙂
