Gorgeousssssssss, I already dream of summer, shorts, vests and going out with wet hair 🙂 I associate winter with hair dryer 🙂 What do you have in mind, when you think of winter and summer?

I want remarkable butts on the beach! I told you we will recognize each other by the booties 😀 Under remarkable I don’t mean all of us to be skinny and with low body fat. Hey, If we all were as the present standard, we would want something different! Remarkable butts are these that seem trained. Even if they have fat and cellulite, if you worked out, it is noticeable. And cellulite is condition of the skin, less than extra body fat you have to burn or not. Let’s don’t be obsessed with Photoshopped models or people with perfect genes. Almost all women have cellulite. Rather, those who don’t have are the exception. That’s why we don’t want to have cellulite, because it’s rare and difficult!

Enjoy the life with a glass of wine and regular workouts 🙂 We train to live better!

If you train for a long time and you don’t achieve your goals or you want different results, you have to be careful with the food you eat. You can try to count calories.

    I have very pale complexion so I associate summer with high SPF sun cream 🙂 I can already feel the smell just by thinking about summer! I can’t really say I’m a summer person because of my sensitive skin but I do love my morning walks in summer.
    When it comes to cellulite, I think it is even more visible on women with pale skin (like myself), but it is mostly genetic. I have skinny friends with more cellulite than others who seem to have more body fat. I’ve never had a big problem with cellulite but since I started eating more raw food and toned my legs and but I think I look better in general. I can also see changes in my complexion and hair. I still have cellulite but the shape of my lower body has changed, my but got rounder and my legs look slimmer. This was enough for me to stop using cosmetics and massages for cellulite, because I’m much more confident now.
    I hope I can finally do all level 3 workouts this week, I’m still trying to regain my strength after my horrible flu episode 🙂

    Hi Rumi,
    I just did week 11,day 1 level 3.
    You are a genius! I absolutely love this workout!
    Somehow reminds me some of your old workouts.
    Anyway it is just perfect for me!
    I am not sure that I want to experiment with a new workout every day, so I just choose, say 7 workouts, and do them for few weeks. I am only saying this because you have asked, if daily workouts is what we want. Hope that helps.

      Thank you for the feedback, it helps a lot! A new program has 2-3 new workouts and 2-3 old workouts. So you will do oldies too 🙂
