Day 60 of 90 – level 2 and 3

Gorgeous, 2 months regular workouts! We rock 😀 Take your new measures if your goal is to decrease the measures. Of course the measures and weight are not the most important. We train to feel great!

For new readers: we follow the 90 day challenge and now we are on day 60. If you stop by at my website for the first time, start from the beginning with day 1 because workouts are organised in training programs and they get harder every other day.

The plan for today:

Level 3 – if you have strength and time do 3 or 2 rounds and after that level 2.

Level 2 – 1 round is shot only, do as many rounds as you can or have time.

Take new photos of yourself on day 60 and be happy with your result 🙂

Cardio Workout No Rest 25 Min

This is no rest interval cardio workout. Every 20 seconds switch exercise. The first move I have never showed in another workout. Interval training, switch
