Don’t care if anyone doesn’t believe in you way of life. Do the best that you can, as it’s the last thing you do. Don’t expect anyone else to motivate you. You are the engine of the change. Your life depends on you. If you want to achieve something, work hard for it. If you don’t work for it it’s just a wish not your aim. People always feel sorry for the things they didn’t do. Nobody feel sorry if she/he tried.
Don’t stop trying to be the best version of you. If you believe in fairy tales, they happen to you!
For new readers: we follow the 90 day challenge for regular workouts. We are almost in the middle of the challenge, BUT you start from the beginning with day 1. We’ve been waiting you for so long and we want you to be more Gorgeous, because we are team Gorgeous 🙂
If you want to see results in the mirror, don’t lose time start to eat the right amount of food for you. Many people fell in the trap “I only want to shape up my body and I will only work out” – a 30 minute workout burns an apple calories. What about the cake and chocolate? You have to run at least 15km. It’s your choice – to miss the cake and chocolate and to train only 10-30 minutes a day. OR to eat cake and chocolate and to run 15km per day (at least 2 hours fast running) to lose weight.
Today we repeat the day 29 workout. This is the first do do workout.
I shot 2 great workouts during the weekend – strength and HIIT, 30 minute level 3 workouts and less than 30 minute level 2 workouts.
