Day 40 of 90 – level 2 and 3

Gorgeous, this is the end of our 6th week! What did you achieve? Tell us if you have minuses or pluses on the measuring types. What are the new habits you built – I get used to shoot often 🙂

For new readers: we follow the 90 day challenge for regular workouts. We’ve promised to build new habit or at least we try. Come on, join and train with us, start from the beginning with day 1.

The plan for today:

Level 3
1. Strength Training At Home With Total Body Fat Burning Exercises – 24 minutes
2. Burpee madness – 10 minutes

Level 2
1. Total Body Strength Workout Best Butt Exercises – 28 minutes
2. Level 3 burpee madness – play this video and do whatever you can. Even if you only run in place it’s great.

    Hi Rumi,

    I did this yesterday and loved it, as always. The only thing I really find difficult is the speed with which you transition between exercises. I realize this is probably part of the idea of low transition, but it’s really challenging to keep up. I have to pause quite a few times on this workout just to catch up every time. Perhaps, a few more seconds between exercises would be possible for you to do , in order for us that are not as fantastically fit a you 🙂

    Also, for some reason, I don’t get notified if there is a commnet on a workout , even though I marked to be notified. So, I never know if I get replies 🙂 I have made your yogurt cake for the second time –

    Hello Rumi,
    I did level 2 and I could only do 5mn burpees 🙁
    The speed is really challenged. The burpee where you have to kick like a wild horse, it’s the most difficult for me. Well I think that I haven’t recovered yet from the flu but …it’s ok,

    I did level 2 workout and it was very hard as I am sick and maybe should have rested:/ It was fun though and I feel it most in my quads and butt! 🙂
