Day 30 of 90 – level 2 and 3

Today we’ll do again day 8 of the 90 day challenge. If you hear about the challenge for the first time, start from the beginning with day 1.

Day 8 level 2
Day 8 level 3 – the dive bomber exercise is shot in the easier version but you already know how to do the original, so don’t be shy to show your best!

I’m interested if the workouts are easier for you than the previous time? We did them just 3 weeks ago. I shot a great longer workout for Friday – 45 minutes, but if you don’t have time you can do only one round (15 minutes).

    For me day 8 was a long time ago, not just 3 weeks. I can’t do more than 4 workouts in one week, 2 to 3 are even better. Otherwise my performance and energy level drop significantly. Furthermore, I don’t do only Rumis workouts.
    That’s why I can’t remember if it felt harder than this time. Today it was still hard. The cardio part was challenging but doable. I think my endurance is getting better and probably because of Rumis longer workouts (although this one is short). My shoulders are burning from the second workout. It’s really hard for me to work one part of my body without a break, especially my arms and shoulders.

    Hey Rumi,

    Just finished this one. I did it as add on to Level 3 of same day. I have started to mix half 3 and half 2. That is working out great. Love this one. Thanks , looking forward to day 31. 🙂
