Gorgeous, how are you, do you have muscle soreness 🙂 You must not have extreme muscle soreness, just the feeling that you have worked out. If you want you can do light cardio exercises and the best cure for muscle soreness is to take rest for some days. If we are going to train for 90 days and more, everybody should adapt the workouts for himself/herself. If workouts are easy for you, use bigger weights and do more rounds. If they are hard, take longer rests and do the easier version of the exercises.
If you want to see results in the mirror, you have to be careful with the food you eat. For example, cut 1/4 of your daily portions or count calories 🙂

Workout 1 – 1 time – 5 minutes
Workout 2 – 2 times with 1-2 minutes rest between the rounds – 2Х10 minutes
