Day 26 of 90 – level 3

Gorgeous, this is the last workout for the week, but many of you train on the weekend too. You often ask me “Can I train on weekends” – the answer is yes. If you feel that want to work out and don’t need a rest – work out. Do some day from the following or previous week. Or just have fun and go for a long walk with friends 🙂

The plan for today is just 1 workout.
I shot only 2 rounds of the workout, but it’s supposed to be 3. I stopped to shoot after the second round because I had level 2 video to do.

    Question. I love how you move from exercise to exercise without much rest. Is this to keep our heart rates up, help with endurance? I love it, no matter what the reason….just curious.

    I really liked this one, it was challenging! I wasn’t sure if I could make it through the third round – I had to convince myself to keep going, but I did it! Thank you Rumi for the awesome workouts!
