Gorgeous, start with the first workout and keep going. Tomorrow we have a new 30 minute workout, total body strength workout with no jumps.

    Hi Rumi,

    I just finished this one with a lot of effort. It was good and short. I thought this was level2, However, the first one was Level 3 and the exercises were difficult to follow. By the time the ringer went off, I was only able to complete two or three, at the most. On the third video, there was no previews, so I had to stop the video and back it up several times to observe the technique. Sorry, I struggled with this one. I’ll be moving to # 26 tomorrow.

      You are doing well! Just don’t quit and finish the whole program. Sometimes I push level 2 a little bit more so you have progress 🙂

    Day 25 done! It was ok for me, because I saw the exercises before (video 3) it was easier to follow; especially the exercise from 1:10 (put the right leg on the floor and stretch and then back).
