For new readers: the workouts below are part of the 90 day challenge. We’ve promised to train 5 days a week and to build new habits. Come on, join us and start from day 1. If you start with the today’s workout maybe it will be difficult for you. How can you solve the 11th grade problems before you learn the theorems in 10th grade 😉
If you want to burn fat: workouts are not enough you have to eat the right amount of food.
Today’s plan: do the workout below 2 times. After the first round take 1-2 minutes rest – walking around the room, don’t sit or lie down.

If yes, I am going to shoot only 2-3 new workouts per week (instead of 5) and I will have more time to think about the workouts. There is a lot of thinking when creating the workouts, it’s not simply jumping or moving arms and legs 🙂
