Gorgeous, are you ready for a 50 burpees workout 😀 , which means 50 push ups buttt we will do them in series, only 10 in a row. For new readers: we follow the 90 day challenge for regular workouts. Join us and start from day 1 because every other day the workouts get harder.

If you train for a long time but don’t achieve your goals, try to count calories.

    Hi Rumi,

    I am finished with this one today, thank you again. I thought I would do the level 3 at least one turn. But there is just not enough time. with warm up and cool down it’s about 30-35 min. I can’t do more than that.

    I love having a preview of the exercises in the popout window.
    Tomorrow, I will try at least one combo for level 3 before I get into Level 2.

    Rumi, love your workouts. Am just back from doing my plantar fascia on my left foot and your workouts are great because there isn’t a lot of jumping (well apart from this one)……foot feels good today so now time to stretch it out and rest it. (Was doing HIIT workouts with Bodyrock but they did a lot of skipping and jumping which wasn’t good for my foot!)…keep up the great work!
