Day 12 of 90 – level 3

Let’s finish the week with strength workout and after that we have rest weekend 😀 If you want to train on weekends – do it. Train always when you want. If you have strong muscle soreness you need rest. In that cases you can do slow aerobics but the best cure for strong muscle soreness is the rest. If you feel tired and weak during the workout, it’s time to take a rest.

For new readers. We’ve promised to train 5 days a week for 90 days. If you stop by at my place for the first time, start from day 1 because every other day the workouts get harder and day 12 is harder than day 1.

If you train hard but don’t achieve you goal you probably eat much than you need. If you want you can try to count calories.

The plan for today:
1 workout – 22 minutes
If you want to keep training, do this workout with shorter intervals and play the level 2 workout. The exercises are the same. There is a difference only in the last exercise.

    Today I did level 3. I feel my buttons and my shoulder 🙂 . I need more training for the last exercise, it was really difficult to stand up in one leg :(. Thank you Rumi!
