Gorgeous, this is the last workout for the week. I prepared you a brutal workout because we have 2 rest days after it 😉 If you need rest, stop the video, keep walking in the room and after that continue the workout. If 1 minute interval is long for you, do the exercise as long as you can and to the end of the interval do little jumps 🙂 The idea of the hard workouts is to develop you. The next time you do this workout you will be surprised that it is easier for you because you become stronger 🙂

If you train regularly but don’t achieve your goal probably the reason is the food you eat. If you want you can try to count calories.
