This is day 1 of 90 days regular workouts. If you want not only to improve your health but to burn body fat, you have to eat the right amount of food for you!
Today we do 4 workouts 5 minutes each. If you don’t have 20 minutes, start with the first workout and train as long time as you have 🙂
I shot the videos one after another with rests between them. I explain the rests bellow. That’s why my sports bra is sweat 😀 . The idea of the short videos is:
*everybody can train as long as she/he can, depending on the available time
*various workouts, we are not going to be bored
*we are going to combine the workouts in different way after some time
We have harder workouts in the second week of the Challenge and there are 20, 10 and 5 minutes workouts. I hope it will be fun and useful for everybody. I am right next to you in this adventure! I am very excited! I also want to see what my change will be in 90 days.
If the workouts below are hard for you, try the easier level 🙂
1. We start with HIIT to increase our heart rates – 5 minutes.
Active rest 30-60 seconds, keep walking in the room or try easy jumping rope.
2. Total Body Toning and Endurance Workout For a Strong Body – 5 minutes.
Active rest 30-60 seconds
3. Isometric Full Body Workout Bodyweight Only Exercises – 5 minutes
Active rest – 30-60 seconds
4. Dumbbell and Bodyweight Combo – Max reps for 5 minutes
Which combination did you like the most?
I like 1 and 4. Tommorow’s max reps for 5 minutes combination is abs killer, I still remember it, not with a smile on my face 😀
